Latest BC PNP Draw Issues 167 Invitations for Permanent Residency

In the most recent BC PNP draw on October 2, approximately 167 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency (PR) were distributed.

On October 2, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted its latest draw, issuing approximately 167 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency (PR) through both general and targeted rounds.

In this draw, 81 invitations were allocated in a general category for skilled workers and international graduates, including their Express Entry variants. Notably, the cutoff scores remained unchanged from previous draws, with a minimum score of 128 required for skilled workers and international graduates.

In addition to the general invitations, 35 applicants with experience as early childhood educators or instructors (NOC 42202) received invitations. The healthcare sector also saw significant interest, with 28 applicants from 39 healthcare-related occupations invited to apply for PR. Furthermore, 23 individuals with backgrounds in 25 construction-related occupations were included in this latest category-based draw, which was introduced in late 2023.
