Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream

The Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream comprises two main pathways: the Manitoba Work Experience Pathway and the Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway. Each pathway is designed to cater to individuals with specific backgrounds and qualifications.

Manitoba Work Experience Pathway:

This pathway targets individuals who are currently employed in Manitoba under a temporary work permit or have recently graduated from a Canadian post-secondary institution. To be eligible for this pathway, applicants must meet certain criteria, including:

• Holding a valid work permit or post-graduation work permit.
• Having a permanent, full-time job offer from a Manitoba employer.
• Demonstrating a minimum of six months of continuous employment with the current Manitoba employer.
• Possessing all necessary qualifications for the position, including education, training, and any required licenses or certifications.
• Demonstrating proficiency in English or French to fulfill job duties.
• Showing a strong connection to Manitoba through employment.
• Having the intention and ability to settle and establish a life in Manitoba as a permanent resident.
• Meeting financial requirements, including proof of sufficient funds.

Employer Direct Recruitment Pathway:

This pathway requires applicants to undergo interviews conducted by representatives of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) and Manitoba employers. The interviews take place outside of Canada, and applicants must receive an Invitation to Apply before proceeding with the application. Key requirements for this pathway include:

• Having eligible work experience.
