Introducing the Yukon Community Pilot (YCP), an innovative stream within the Yukon Nominee Program tailored to address the unique economic and labor market demands of the Yukon territory.   1. Eligible Job Offers:
    • Candidates must secure 2 or 3 eligible job offers within the same participating Yukon community.
    • The combined offers should constitute a minimum of 30 hours of work per week, equivalent to a full-time position.
    • Job positions must be non-seasonal, ensuring consistent employment throughout the year.
    • Wages offered must meet or surpass the minimum wage requirements.
    • Candidates must demonstrate relevant experience showcasing their ability to fulfill the duties outlined in the job offers.
  2. Government Support:
    • Applicants are required to obtain a signed letter of support from the Government of Yukon, affirming the authenticity and necessity of the job offers.
  3. General Work Permit Requirements:
    • Candidates must meet the standard requirements for obtaining a work permit.

Upon fulfilling these prerequisites, candidates must complete an online application for the work permit, as paper applications are not accepted. The application process and necessary forms vary depending on the applicant’s location.
