Quebec’s Latest Arrima Draw Issues New Invitations

The draw was aimed at candidates with Arrima profiles as of July 22, 2024, at 6:25 a.m. To be eligible, applicants needed to meet specific requirements, including a high level of French language proficiency and a minimum score of 579 points.

This draw specifically targeted individuals in various skilled professions, such as:

  • General practitioners and family physicians
  • Civil, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineers
  • IT professionals, including software engineers and database analysts
  • Healthcare workers, including registered nurses and practical nurses
  • Educators, such as secondary and elementary school teachers
  • Creative and technical roles, including graphic designers and audio technicians

Candidates who received an invitation must submit a full application within 45 days to proceed with their permanent residency request. Additionally, the draw also considered applicants with valid job offers outside the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

Requirements for the Quebec Arrima Draw

To be considered for the Quebec Arrima draw, candidates needed:

  • A valid Arrima profile with a high level of French language proficiency (level 7 or higher).
  • A Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 579.
  • A valid job offer outside of the Montreal metropolitan area, if applicable.
